Love the run.
This key has propelled every training plan and runner I have ever had the privilege to encounter. We may not all be superstars, or raw-talent phenoms, but we do all have the ability to love the run, and therefore run our best every day.
I've been running for what seems like decades, either on a team or from my own motivation, primarily through the longer distances (5-12K). I love the freedom, the progress, the centering, the discipline, and the purpose behind every step. My own first love in running is cross country, but I now run roads primarily. I've been fortunate to coach runners through varied experience levels and distances, and I've been honored to witness so much potential being realized. At-heart, I enjoy empowering and encouraging as second-nature, so let me come alongside you in your goals! May we achieve them together!
